In order for any person to deal with a real estate there must be a feeling of trust and confidence, whether you are selling or buying a home or property it could be the largest investment decision you have to make for a very long time. I truly believe that the broker that you choose is without a doubt the single most important factor to get you on the road to success.
When my wife and I decided to make a move from New Jersey to Florida, I tried to do as much research as possible through the use of the internet and needless to say after about 2 weeks I was so confused. There were neighborhood factors, different developments, different builders and so many unanswered questions. I thought that looking for our retirement home was going to be a pleasure but it was slowly turning into a nightmare. Then my sister recommended you. From the first time that you and I spoke, I could feel a certain confidence in you that just started to make me feel better about my buying experience.
You started out by making a list of all the important criteria that we would like in our new home. Since I was 1,500 miles away, I appreciated when you would send me details and photos of homes which fit our pre-desired list every few days. When Geri and I flew down for a weekend and we started on Friday morning with your folder of listings that suited us and ended on Sunday afternoon, going from house to house to house, you really put us at ease. We are not very easy to please and I can remember you saying to us, don’t worry you will know when it’s the right house. It was little things like that which made us keep our heads straight and focused. Of course we are thrilled with the beautiful new house we purchased on that Sunday. We could never be happier with our choice. Using your services was a perfect choice as well. You are professional, super efficient, beyond helpful and just a pleasure to work with. I believe that I can count on one finger how many people would ever use their Real Estate broker a second time and I have programmed your number into my cell for future consults and referrals. As far as we’re concerned there is only one real estate broker in Florida.
